These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the DinDin mobile application (the “App”).
DinDin is operated by:

By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must:

Be at least 18 years old

Have legal capacity to enter into binding agreements

Provide accurate and truthful information
2. Nature of the Service
DinDin is a digital coordination platform that:
-
Enables users to create and join curated dining events
-
Facilitates commitment-based participation
-
Processes event-related payments
DinDin is not a restaurant operator and does not provide food or hospitality services.
Restaurants operate independently.
3. Commitment & Payment Structure
3.1 Commitment Reservation
When:
-
A user submits a request to join an event; or
-
A user creates an event as organiser;
-
A commitment fee authorisation (reservation) is placed on the user’s selected payment method.
This reservation:
-
Is not an immediate charge
-
Temporarily blocks the stated amount
-
Confirms the user’s intent to participate
If the event is not confirmed, the authorisation is released.
3.2 Event Confirmation
An event becomes confirmed when:
-
All available seats are filled.
Once confirmed:
-
All reserved commitment fees are captured (charged).
-
The event cannot be cancelled.
Confirmation is automatic once capacity is reached.
3.3 After Confirmation
After an event is confirmed:
-
The organiser cannot cancel the event.
-
Participants may leave the event, but
-
No refunds will be issued.
By joining or creating an event, users agree that confirmed events are binding and non-refundable
4. Refund Policy
Refunds apply only if:
-
An event does not reach confirmation; or
-
Required by applicable law.
If an event is not confirmed:
-
Reserved commitment fees are automatically released.
If an event is confirmed:
-
Payments are final and non-refundable, even if a participant chooses not to attend.
5. Organiser Responsibilities
Organisers agree to:
-
Provide accurate event information
-
Ensure restaurant coordination where required
-
Act in good faith toward participants
DinDin reserves the right to intervene in cases of misuse.
6. Restaurant Reservations
Unless explicitly stated otherwise within the App:
-
DinDin facilitates event coordination but does not operate restaurants.
-
Responsibility for ensuring a valid reservation exists lies with the organiser and/or as described within the event details.
DinDin does not guarantee restaurant performance.
7. User Conduct
Users may not:
-
Harass or threaten others
-
Provide false identity information
-
Circumvent payment mechanisms
-
Engage in discriminatory or illegal conduct
Violations may result in account suspension or termination.
8. Blocking & Safety
Users may block other users.
Blocking is mutual:
-
Profiles become invisible to each other
-
Event participation visibility is restricted
-
Communication is prevented
DinDin may investigate reports of misconduct.
9. Assumption of Risk
Users participate in physical events at their own risk.
DinDin is not responsible for:
-
Conduct of other participants
-
Venue conditions
-
Personal injury or disputes
-
Users agree to exercise reasonable judgment.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
Pinarci Consulting GmbH shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential damages
-
Lost profits or opportunities
-
Incidents occurring at third-party venues
Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts if:

These Terms are violated
-
Fraud or abuse is suspected
-
Required by law
Users may delete their account at any time.
